RIVAL Account Deletion Request

At RIVAL, you have the right to request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it, at any time.

How to request account deletion

You can request deletion of your RIVAL account by:

1. Opening the RIVAL app
2. Going to Profile → Settings → Delete Account

OR

Email us at support@rivalapp.in with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Account profile information
• Username
• Email address
• Prediction history
• Rival Score history
• League participation records
• App preferences

Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, security, or compliance purposes where required by applicable law, even after your account is deleted.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
