Child Safety Standards
Last updated: June 26, 2026
RIVAL (operated by Quantaracore Technologies LLP) is a social prediction game — users compete on sports, crypto, entertainment, and other real-world outcomes for bragging rights and leaderboard standing, with no real-money betting or wagering of any kind. The safety of our community, and of minors in particular, is a non-negotiable priority for us.
1. Zero tolerance policy
RIVAL has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), wherever it appears on our platform or in connection with our services. We strictly prohibit any content, account, or behavior involving:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or sextortion targeting minors
- Sexualization of minors, including in images, text, or fictional depictions
- Human trafficking involving minors
- Any other content or activity involving minors that is illegal under applicable law
2. How we enforce this
We act quickly on any report or detection of CSAE/CSAM:
- Offending content is removed as soon as we become aware of it.
- Accounts involved in violating this policy are permanently banned, with no exceptions.
- We preserve relevant evidence and, where required by applicable law, cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety authorities such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent bodies in our users' jurisdictions.
- We do not notify the reported user before action is taken when doing so could compromise a child's safety or an investigation.
3. Age requirements
RIVAL is not directed at children and is not designed, marketed, or intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country, if higher). We do not knowingly allow children under this age to create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under the minimum age, we will disable it and delete the associated data.
4. How to report a concern
If you encounter content, an account, or behavior on RIVAL that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, report it immediately:
- Email us directly at kvarma00011@gmail.com with as much detail as possible (username, content link or screenshot, and what happened).
- In the RIVAL app, once launched, you will also be able to report any account or piece of content directly from within the app.
We review every report involving child safety as a top priority, separately from routine moderation queues. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services first.
5. Cooperation with authorities
Where required by applicable law, RIVAL will preserve relevant account and content data and cooperate fully with law enforcement and recognized child-safety organizations investigating reports of CSAE or CSAM.
